It has arrived again. The inter-division match up that left Max victorious and me heartbroken after Peyton Manning and the Broncos unbelievable come-back win after being down 24-0 at half. The Chargers proved they can put up points against the Broncos, but once again they cannot put 4 quarters together. That has been their problem for the entire season and now they sit at an uneasy 4-5. On the other side, the Broncos have won four straight, sitting at 6-3 at the top of the division while Peyton has 9 TDs and 2 interceptions. Unbelievable. If the Chargers want to rally and make the playoffs, it starts with this game. Their problem has been turnovers. If they can handle the possession and go back to the simple, explosive, get it to Gates and Floyd offense than there is no doubt in my mind they can compete with the Denver Broncos. Yes, coaching is horrible, management is despicable, and Rivers has looked worse than Andrew Bynums new haircut, but I still believe in the Chargers. The Broncos D-line has been impressive behind Von Miller and Elvis Dumervil, who as a duo top the league with not only the most sacks, 17, but the coolest names as well. The Broncos offensive line has also only given up 11 sacks which helps the already amazing Peyton Manning. The Chargers have their work cut out for them, but I believe it’s going to be a turnaround game and keep them in the hunt. 34-28 Chargers.
